What exactly is a guided silent meditation?!

Happy you asked!

This meditation doesn’t have any music to accompany it and is perfect for those with auditory sensitivities. I guide you through a simple meditation and offer several breaks throughout to focus on silent meditation and stillness.

If you have a “noisy head” that is full of chatter, this meditation may be a challenge for you at first, but I urge you to give it a try and work to deepen your practice of mindfulness.

If you’ve been listening to some of my other guided meditations, you’ll find this welcome addition an easy-to-follow way to deepen your meditation practice.

Perfect for before bedtime, after a stressful day, or when you just want to be alone with your thoughts, this meditation is one of my favorites.

Check it out, and leave a comment below letting me know how you felt after listening!
