Do you ever stop to think how grateful you are for your autistic child, and all the wonderful things they bring to your life?

I do. And this simple practice has been one of the most transformative things I’ve ever done! My children and I have a much better relationship. They both get along better with each other and their dad. The whole atmosphere in our house has changed…gratitude really is powerful for autism parents like us.

While I can’t guarantee similar results in your home, it’s worth a try!

Join me for this 7-minute guided gratitude meditation where I help you release stress, get back to a place of calm, and focus on the good things your child brings to your life and white world.

Perfect for daily use, or whenever you need to remind yourself how amazing your kiddo is… because they are. And so are you!
